Calendar in ZiFlow.Me links a messenger conversation to the real workday. A client agrees on a time in WhatsApp or Telegram, the event appears in Google Calendar, and the client context stays in CRM.

Calendar works together with the rest of ZiFlow.Me:

  • the assistant agrees on time in WhatsApp or Telegram;
  • Google Calendar stores the booking event;
  • CRM stores the client card and conversation;
  • daily briefing shows the owner the last 24 hours;
  • campaigns and reactivation use CRM statuses.

Booking Flow

Client chooses a service

The assistant answers from your price list, clarifies the service, duration, and preferred time.

ZiFlow.Me checks the work calendar

Before creating an event, the system checks the connected Google Calendar and avoids placing a new event on an occupied period.

The event appears in Google Calendar

The booking is created in the ZiFlow AI calendar, where the owner can see the working schedule.

CRM saves the client

The card keeps the name, phone or Telegram contact, channel, status, amount, and conversation history.

The owner sees the picture in Telegram

The daily briefing shows conversations, new leads, deals, and channels. On Team, the owner can ask the advisor: "Who booked yesterday?" or "Which clients are waiting?"

Setup

Connect the calendar

In ZiFlow.Me, open Google Calendar and connect it. The system creates a separate work calendar named ZiFlow AI.

Check access

Open Google Calendar under the owner's email. ZiFlow AI should appear in the calendar list.

Add services and duration

Examples: "Manicure — 90 minutes — 8,000 KZT" or "Consultation — 40 minutes — 12,000 KZT."

Describe booking rules

Add working hours, breaks, days off, minimum booking notice, and rescheduling rules.

Run a test booking

Message from another number, agree on a time, then check the calendar event and CRM card.

Summary

Google Calendar handles working time. CRM handles the customer journey. The strongest setup is the combination: assistant agrees in chat, calendar stores the booking, CRM keeps the client, and the owner manages the base through briefings, broadcasts, reactivation, and campaigns.
