Google Calendar in ZiFlow.Me: From Chat Booking to the Workday
How one work Google Calendar connects with WhatsApp, Telegram, CRM, owner briefings, campaigns, and reactivation in ZiFlow.Me.
Calendar in ZiFlow.Me links a messenger conversation to the real workday. A client agrees on a time in WhatsApp or Telegram, the event appears in Google Calendar, and the client context stays in CRM.
Where Calendar Fits
Calendar works together with the rest of ZiFlow.Me:
- the assistant agrees on time in WhatsApp or Telegram;
- Google Calendar stores the booking event;
- CRM stores the client card and conversation;
- daily briefing shows the owner the last 24 hours;
- campaigns and reactivation use CRM statuses.
Booking Flow
The assistant answers from your price list, clarifies the service, duration, and preferred time.
Before creating an event, the system checks the connected Google Calendar and avoids placing a new event on an occupied period.
The booking is created in the ZiFlow AI calendar, where the owner can see the working schedule.
The card keeps the name, phone or Telegram contact, channel, status, amount, and conversation history.
The daily briefing shows conversations, new leads, deals, and channels. On Team, the owner can ask the advisor: "Who booked yesterday?" or "Which clients are waiting?"
Setup
In ZiFlow.Me, open Google Calendar and connect it. The system creates a separate work calendar named ZiFlow AI.
Open Google Calendar under the owner's email. ZiFlow AI should appear in the calendar list.
Examples: "Manicure — 90 minutes — 8,000 KZT" or "Consultation — 40 minutes — 12,000 KZT."
Add working hours, breaks, days off, minimum booking notice, and rescheduling rules.
Message from another number, agree on a time, then check the calendar event and CRM card.
If the Team Has Several Schedules
| Situation | Current ZiFlow.Me setup |
|---|---|
| One specialist or one room | Connect the work calendar and book directly |
| Several specialists with one administrator | Use a shared calendar and describe specialist selection rules |
| Clinic with separate doctor schedules | Collect patient data in CRM and confirm the doctor through your process |
| Several branches | Describe branch rules and use one work calendar for confirmed bookings |
Summary
Google Calendar handles working time. CRM handles the customer journey. The strongest setup is the combination: assistant agrees in chat, calendar stores the booking, CRM keeps the client, and the owner manages the base through briefings, broadcasts, reactivation, and campaigns.
